We are looking for an easy going guy to take over the lease our flatmate who is sadly moving out.
The ideal candidate would have some culinary skills or at least be able to operate a bbq, as we tend to have the odd meal together.
We’re also into cycling, running, gymming, music, movies, sunbathing and not averse to a trip to the pub or the common.
The house itself is a terraced house on a quiet road nicely located between Clapham Common and Clapham Junction. So great connection routes for when we get back to normal, and also great access to parks. It’s got a decent sunny garden out back, complete with dining table and bbq, as well as a little terrace at the front for the evening sun. It also has two bathrooms, so there’s always one free!
Bedroom is a small double bedroom (with room for a desk to WFH) @ £790/month (excluding bills).
Bills usually work out between £80-£100 per month. This includes council tax, water, gas/electric, high speed internet.
available from July 23rd.
Drop us a message with a bit about yourself to see if you might be a good fit.
