Double room in excellently located Clapham C flat

Hi! My friend Matt and I are looking for a third person to join us in a top-floor 3-bed flat, which is in an amazing location on a quiet street just off Clapham Common (right next to Venn Street) and only a 2-minute walk from Clapham Common tube station and the high street.

The Flat:

The flat has high ceilings and a very large living room that gets lots of natural light. Matt and I both work from the office pretty much every day, so the living room works well as a working from home space, should you need it. The flat has a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom.

As mentioned, the flat is in a great location - you can walk to almost anything within 2 minutes (the common, the tube station, the cinema, multiple gyms, and many restaurants and pubs).

One of my current flatmates is moving out to live with his partner at the beginning of April, so we are looking for a friendly new flatmate to join Matt and me from 1 April.

Rent is £975 a month. The bills are separate and come to roughly £125 per month.


The Flatmates:

Matt and I work in banking and law, respectively. We're both very friendly, chilled-out people and are looking for someone sociable who would be keen to hang out and join us on things like runs and trips to the pub. We are both into a range of sports - Matt is big into his cycling and I am a fan of ClassPass, so tend to do a whole bunch of things (bonus flatmate points if you want to join me at 1Rebel).

We would of course expect our future flatmate to respect the communal spaces and although we are both very sociable, I wouldn't say we are a flat of party animals (maybe a long time ago).

We are also good friends with the 2 flats beneath us, so you would be joining a nice little community!
