Double room in gorgeous house

I'm sadly leaving this gorgeous house to move in with friends further afield after a year of living here! The house has a fully equipped large kitchen, huge bright living room and two bathrooms. It's in a great location being close to Clapham Common tube station. All bills and bi-weekly cleaner included in price. And the housemates are of course a lovely bunch :)

The Property:

This house is amazing to live in. It is well maintained and very spacious, with high ceilings, a huge bright living room/reception area and large kitchen with dining table. There are 5 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – one of which was renovated only a few months ago. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle etc.. There is also a tumble dryer in the basement. There is private and well-maintained garden with BBQ, table and chairs.

The Room:

The bedroom itself is a really good size (king-sized bed in photos!). It is south facing so receives brilliant sunlight. It has an original fireplace and built in furniture. Although the room is technically unfurnished, I would be happy to negotiate selling/leaving furniture. It is a double room but we won't be taking any couples unfortunately!

The Location:

The house is a 10 minute walk from Clapham common tube station and a 20 minute walk to Brixton. The road is residential and very quiet. There are also many bus stops, supermarkets and pubs nearby, all within a 5-10 minute walk of the house!

The Housemates:

Four friendly, easy going but responsible housemates live here: 2 guys and 2 girls. They are young professionals working in fitness, law, art and journalism aged between 26-34, who are sociable and enjoy spending time together, (especially in the garden when the sun is shining!) but also respect personal time and space. We like to have a laugh but we don't live in each other's pockets!

THE MONEY AND THE NITTY GRITTY:

Rent is £810 including all bills, broadband and fortnightly cleaner. Deposit is £810. The property is managed by Haart, who charge £50 admin fee as part of a change of sharer on the tenancy agreement. Our landlord is very prompt and professional at tending to any issues raised. The room is available on 7th November, with some flexibility give or take a few days. Please feel free to message me at any time if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing! Also, please only apply if you are in full-time work and are earning £27,000 or over as the estate agents tend to be quite strict with this.
