7 mins from Clapham common tube, 3 mins to shops (coop and Sainsbury’s) and restaurants (bistro union, the abbeville pub, pizza express) and a 5 min walk to Clapham common. We’re currently living here just the two of us. I work in trading (in the office every day) and Georgia works as a lawyer (at home and in the office). Looking for two easy going, friendly and professional couples to join us.

The house consists of a large kitchen dining room on the lower ground floor (with Sonos), followed on by a big screen cinema room with projector and surround sound. Sky movies/Netflix/Amazon all available.

Upstairs is a large living/social area that leads into the garden with outdoor seating (arriving in summer) and a large garden with one of the rooms at the end of the garden. Also on the ground floor a study occupied by Georgia.

Upstairs on the first floor is a master bedroom occupied by me and Georgia, a guest bedroom and bathroom. The second and third floor (up for rent) consists of a huge double bedroom with tons of storage, a bathroom with a bath and shower and a study/additional living area.

Move in dates are negotiable however not possible before the beginning on Jan.
