Looking for a buddy-up on short notice for a great 2 bedroom garden flat in Clapham!

- 10 min walking from Clapham Common
- lots of light
- 1 large bedroom + 1 medium bedroom (I'm fine to take either, the large room is 1400pcm)
- furnished (new, not the stuff in the pictures)
- refurbished after previous tenants
- available October 22

I've watched a lot of places over the past weeks and this one is just a nice normal flat- not grubby as many are, with a fantastic location to boot.

I'm a 31yo professional working in Shoreditch (no WFH), and generally like to keep things fairly wholesome during the week (cycling, swimming, and the occasional gym class). Weekends are for exploring London, meeting friends, and the odd trip to the countryside.

Hoping to find a sociable and tidy flatmate who's not just looking for a place to sleep, but up for a chat/share a meal/grab a coffee or beer.
