Myself (Ali, 27) and my flatmate (Heather, 26) are looking for someone to rent a room in our flat. It is a large double room with en-suite. (Bedroom 2 on the floor plan). The flat is really modern with a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. We're just off Clapham High Street, so close to shops/bars/restaurants and sits between Clapham Common station & Clapham North (about a 5 minute walk from each). With buses to Stockwell across the road too.
We are ideally looking for a social flatmate that wants the flat to be a home not just a place to stay. The flat is kept clean and tidy, we would love someone that respects that. I work in Finance and Heather is a Trainee Lawyer.
