I am moving to Sweden and looking for someone to take over the current lease. The room is a great size, very light and has its own private balcony. It also essentially has an ensuite (main bathroom right next door) as my flatmate has an ensuite bedroom.
The room is unfurnished however I am happy to sell most of the furniture in the room if that makes things easier
