Double Bed, 6/7 Minute walk from Clapham South Tub

Hi!

I am looking to let a well decorated double bedroom, close to Clapham South Train Station, and le Common.

The bedroom comes with a large vintage wooden double wardrobe, full length mirror, and desk/chest of drawers. The room has also recently been redecorated with new paint, laminate flooring, new skirting, as can be seen ….

The rest of the flat has also recently been re-decorated with all walls painted etc ….The bathroom has also recently been completely redecorated and it looks great!

The other double bedroom is mine and you will share with me. The front room is also relatively shared, coming with a large sofa, tv and desk! I do work from here from time to time …..

The flat flat also has a kitchen, thankfully, with cooker, microwave, storage and washing machine 💁🏼‍♂️

Location wise the flat is close to the Northern Line, the Common, and has a number local bus stops near by …...

Aside of le interior, the flat also has business grade broadband as well as a tv license, both covered! These aside, other bills come to about £90/£100 P/M per person.

Me, I am studying full time for a masters at the moment! When not studying I like to play tennis, do sports, exercise, dance and box sometimes…
