Purpose built bedroom, close to Clapham South Tube

Hi!

I am looking to let a well sized, purpose built double bedroom near Clapham South train station and great local bus network..

The bedroom comes with built-in wardrobe, storage, comfortable double bed plus mattress, also having storage under one side……. Large lamp and chest of drawers are potentially to be used too. The room has recently been redecorated, new paint, new skirting etc. My dad is a builder and so we have refurbished a lot of the flat.

Alongside the room, there is a well sized front room with tv, sofa and desk! I am finishing a full time masters this year so from time to time I will need to work from here but I try to work outside of the flat where possible. I was up until this year running my own business and so, the flat benefits from business grade broadband!

The kitchen is solid, has a greater cooker, washing machine, microwave and good storage 💁🏼‍♂️

Bathroom has recently been redecorated and also has a good bit of storage too. The new bathroom has new shower area with strong water pressure, new bath, new tiling, pretty much new everything! It looks great in there.

Location wise the flat is very close to the Common and Clapham South tube (Northern Line). Clapham Common tube is not too far either. Brixton / Streatham etc are all commutable too.

Bills will be split, they'll come to about £100 P/M, broadband and tv license I will cover. 👍🏼

As I said at the moment I am completing a full time masters from The University of Reading. Aside of getting this done! I love sports and keeping fit, enjoy competing at tennis, watching tennis, travelling, going for runs, playing games, cards, watching films, love music, reading, and love to see family and friends.
