Room available in 4 bed houseshare

I am looking for someone to take my room in May as I am moving out to live with my girlfriend. Available May 17th, for a minimum of 6 weeks. The rest of the house are expecting to move out within a few months, so this isn't anticipated to be long term tenancy. You'll be given a minimum of 1 months notice prior to the end of the tenancy.

You would be living with 3 other working professionals (ages: 21, 25, 26).

🏠 925 pcm. The room is a double and furnished with a bed base/mattress, a large built in cupboard, and other draws. In the rest of the house there are lots of storage options, including a large loft.

All bills are extra, they are usually around £100-£150. These are calculated on a Splitwise account with the other housemates and paid on the 1st to the owed persons (same day as rent).

Deposit is one months rent, so the first payment will be £925 deposit + first months rent £925 = £1850, paid before move in date. The deposit will be refundable on the move out date if the room is given back how it was given and no damage or breakages have been made.

📍We're less than a 10 min walk from Clapham Common tube station, less than 20 min walk Clapham High Street train station, close to bars and restaurants and only 5 mins walk to Clapham Common!

👫My house mates mix between working from home and in the office and are very friendly and sociable.
