Right in the middle of Clapham, this room has great access to everything the area has to offer. It comes with all the furniture in the photos and there is enough room for a desk&chair for those who need to work from home.

But first let’s talk money: rent is £810 and bills are paid separately. Currently the bills are as such:

Council ~60£/month
Water ~65£/month
Gas + electricity ~40£/month (these go down to about £30 or less in the summer)

Area has great access to transport, being right in the middle of Clapham North Station (Northern Line and Overground) and Clapham Common (Northern line).

Clapham is a lively and colourful area with a few LGBTQ+ hangouts, if interested. There are lots of shops, including a big Sainsbury’s and there are also a lot of bars, clubs, pubs and restaurants, one of which is managed by the most lovely landlady of all time and is right next door (And they don’t play around with their food, it’s really great)

You will be living with two male professionals and a frmale, all of which are great for a chat, but also like to keep to themselves.
