A double bedroom, with own bathroom, in a large 2 bedroom ground floor flat near Clapham Common. This is a monday-friday let so please only inquire if this is what you are looking for. This let would suit someone who commutes into London for work on weekdays and returns home on the weekends or someone with an internship for the summer.

I am a 25 year old female who works in the City (law) so my pattern consists of work during weekdays and the gym. I work in the office 4 days and pretty long hours so I usually come home late during the week, so you would largely have the flat to yourself.

I am looking for a clean, friendly and considerate housemate between the ages of 22-33. I’m open to a short, occasional or long term agreements. With long term agreements, I am happy for you to leave your belongings in the room for this room to be locked on the weekend.

The flat location is secure and also has excellent transport links - a 11 minute walk to Clapham Common station and a 6 minute bus ride to Brixton station and loads of other regular buses.

The flat is council tax is band D and there is high-speed wifi for working from home and a garden.
