Lovely double room available in sociable house

We are looking for a new housemate for our friendly and sociable house in Clapham. You’ll be replacing one of our current housemates who is sadly leaving us to move back home to Australia.

We’re a very close house and enjoy spending time together and being sociable in the evenings. We currently take it in turns to cook dinner for each other on weekdays, and have even been known to go on trips together, so it would be great if we can find someone who is up for matching that vibe.

You would be sharing with two girls (Millie and Charlotte) and one boy (Lee) in their late 20s/early 30s.

Charlotte (29) works in account management and splits her working week between home and the office. She’s very sociable, goes to various dance and exercise classes in the week, and enjoys solo-travelling adventures.

Millie (32) is an office manager for a tea company (and also an avid tea drinker) and so works from the office most days. She's pretty sporty & a massive foodie, moved to London 2 years ago after living in the Alps for the last 10 years in a ski resort.

Lee (27) is Irish, very social and a big fan of both the normal size and baby Guinness. He works in Supply Chain for Monster (read: severe caffeine addiction), likes to play/watch football during the week.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Clapham Common tube and Clapham High Street overground, and we have Clapham Common very close by.

The house has a large garden (with BBQ) and a big kitchen that is great for cooking/hosting. We have one main bathroom (with great shower pressure!) and one downstairs toilet. Two of the rooms have showers so the main bathroom is only really shared between 2 rooms. We have a large shared living room with a big TV which we like to use for a bit of trash TV in the evening with a glass of chicken wine!

The Room: £850pcm

The room available will be fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. It was recarpeted and repainted last year, as well as all new furniture, so the room is in very good condition.
