Clapham Common Flat-share

Room available in Clapham Common, from end of April (29/04) until the 28th of September 2026. Contract can be renewed.

£860 and bills are between £90-£120 (depending on gas/electricity consumption) a month. It will be on the lower end in the summer. The flat has been recently (September) renovated.

You would be sharing with Shaye (26, recruitment), Don (27, radiographer), and Olly (22, recruitment). They are all tidy and clean and looking for someone who is the same. We also like to spend time together as well as alone.

The flat is in a great location, perfect for young professionals with jobs in the city. It is 5 mins walk from Clapham Common underground station, 7 mins walk from Clapham High Street overground station, 2 mins walk from big Sainsbury’s.

The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Once viewed, if interested, you will need to pass some suitability checks executed by the landlord. Then you would be added to the contract, replacing me.

I have been in the flat for more than a year and a half now. Only leaving as I am moving in with my boyfriend. It’s class! If interested, can send a full video of the room. In the floor plan, the room is the yellow one, second biggest.
