Room available in Clapham Old Town

Hi,
Currently looking for someone to fill out my room from the 1st of April until the 27th of May. You would be living with three other guys which are all good friends from university (Exeter). They enjoy watching and playing rugby, going to the pub, working out and house/electronic music.

Love living with the guys but I have the opportunity to be in Paris for two months to practice my French and work so before I head out there I promised the guys I will try to find someone that they are able to hang out with. Since you would be joining during the warmer months expect a few bbqs, going to the pub and passing the ball around in the common. They are very good fun.

Although, my room is not an en-suite you essentially share the other toilet with one other person, it is also the biggest in the house and it is located upstairs so even if they have people around you won't be able to hear or be disturbed. The house is a 2 min walk from the gym, 5 min walk to about 5 pubs and a 5-10 min walk to the Clapham Common station so you are able to zip anywhere. The amount I am asking essentially covers everything bills, rent and I'll even throw in a sweetener my gym wristband. Happy to meet up at the pub with the guys to see if you would be a good fit.
