We are offering a fully furnished double room in a bright, modern new-build apartment just moments from Clapham Common.

The room comes with **your own private bathroom (located just outside the bedroom)**. You’ll also share a spacious kitchen, comfortable living room, and a lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The flat is very bright and thoughtfully furnished to feel like home.

About Us:

My husband Diego and I live in the other bedroom. We’re very relaxed and friendly, and we both work mostly from the office, leaving early in the mornings during the week. We enjoy cooking, watching TV shows, and going for walks locally.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a responsible, clean and respectful tenant— ideally a professional. As this is our home, references will be required. We’re keen to find someone who is considerate and easygoing, so we can all feel comfortable sharing the space.
