You’ll be living with two Canadian girls in their mid-twenties. The vibe is calm, respectful and independent — everyone has their own routine during the week, but the house feels warm and easy to live in.

A very spacious double room, fully furnished and perfect if you work from home — plenty of space for a proper desk setup.

Room 2 – £1,210 (Master bedroom with a fireplace 🔥 ) (pic 4-6)
Even larger, bright and airy master bedroom. Also fully furnished and ideal for WFH days.

The flat is generously sized and don’t feel cramped at all.

Bills roughly £130 pcm (Wi-Fi, council tax, utilities).

Close to cafés, shops and Clapham Common.

Walking distance to Clapham Common & Clapham South stations.

📅 Available for viewings next week on Wednesday, Friday, and the following weekend.
