Large Double Room Clapham Common

We have a large double bedroom available in our 3 bed property located a short walk from Clapham Common. I will be leaving the property at the end of April and I'm looking for someone to continue the tenancy. We currently have a long term contract but with the change in the renters right bill our contract will shortly convert to monthly rolling as required by law. Ideally we would find someone who is open for staying for an extended period as you will be joining the contract with my other two housemates but we're flexible on this. I currently live with 2 of my best mates and we're all young professionals. Harry and Tom will look to continue staying in the house as we love the location. We're located on Victoria Rise which is a 1 minute walk to both Tesco's and Sainsbury's and 10 minutes walk to Clapham Common underground (Northern Line). My reason for leaving is that I'm relocating to Australia and rather than break the house up and all move out we're looking for someone to take my place so the others can continue living here. The bedrooms are all a very good size, with a decent shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. We also have a good sized storage cupboard if you have any large items such as golf clubs or bicycles which need storing. Viewings welcome! Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
