Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely 4-bedroom home in Clapham, and I am now looking for someone to take my place.

The house is in an amazing location – just a 5-minute walk to Clapham Common station and close to all the great cafes, pubs, and green spaces the area has to offer.

🏡 About the House:
• Spacious 4-bed with a garden (perfect for BBQs and summer drinks)
• Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and modern bathroom
• You’ll be sharing with three other housemates

👯‍♀️ Meet Your New Flatmates:

• Em – From Australia, works in events

• Rose – From New Zealand, is a nurse at a nearby hospital

• Michael – From Australia, works in finance

This is a really social flat and we love spending time together, whether that’s chilled evenings watching Netflix, summer garden nights, or heading out for drinks. It’s definitely a home rather than just a place to sleep

• Bright and comfortable double room
• Comes with a wardrobe, bed, drawers and small side cabinet

Bills are generally around £150 per person.
