Landlord lives in property in 3rd room and has seperate ensuite. Shared Kitchen / diner, living room, guest toilet, garden and balcony. Cycle storage possible in garden with entry via side gate.

this is a luxury flat, the standard of which doesn't normally exist on the rental market generally. rooms are available for 3-4 months but may be extended, landlord will be away considerable part of the time.

All bills included and TV has most streaming services on it.

Prefer to rent to one person per room but couples considered. LGBT household. Prefer to rent to people who mainly work in the office but Hybrid ok, ideally not working from home more than 1-2 days a week.
