Hi everyone, I’m moving in with my partner and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my flat right next to Clapham Common station!
The room is available from the 25th of April and you’ll be living with three great girls 25-28, Libby, Emma and Elysha, all who love a drink, socialising and a flat night in. The room is £1200 a month, including bills, and has been a dream to live in for the last year. The tenancy contract is technically until June, but has been rolling each year since 2021 and will continue to roll on!
