Looking for someone to take over my room in a fun, social house in Clapham!

You’ll be living with 5 Kiwi guys and 1 Kiwi girl. A great group who enjoy hanging out together, whether that’s grabbing a drink, watching sport or exploring London. The house has a relaxed, friendly vibe and everyone is respectful of each others space too

Bright and comfortable room that comes furnished (bed, storage, etc) Plenty of space to make it your own

The House

Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a seperate toilet and common living area. Great for someone who enjoys a social house but also values a chilled home environment

Location

Located right in the heart of Clapham Old Town, can literally see the pubs from your window. Easy access to public transport, shops, gyms, cafes, and nightlife

Looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going. Someone who’s keen to be part of a social house rather than just renting a room

Move in-15th of April but can be flexible on the move in date

Bills - Approx. £80 - £100 per month
