Looking for a lovely housemate to join me in my two bedroom maisonette a stones throw away from Clapham Common and Clapham High Street. I bought the flat last year and spent time making sure it feels like a home and would love someone to join me! It has amazing views across the common (with a good sized balcony) and back towards the city too - for commuters, Clapham Common tube is a <4 min walk away.

The room is a good size, comes with an ottoman bed, mattress, bedside table, desk, chair, large chest of drawers and a built in cupboard/wardrobe.

The flat has extra storage too and I’d love anyone who moves in to feel free to make the room their own (painting, hanging pictures etc).

Bills (water, electricity, wifi, tv license and Lambeth council tax) come to around £160pm.

About me - I’m 30, work in social media consulting, I’m fairly outgoing and spend a lot of my spare time with friends, exercising and cooking. Looking for a likeminded housemate, who wants to live with someone they can call a friend but also has their own stuff going on 😇
