We’re looking for a 4th housemate to join our social 4-person share house right next to Clapham Common, with a move-in date in the middle of May 🏡

🔑 House Highlights:

Only a few mins walk to Clapham Common Tube (Northern Line)

The Common is basically our backyard 🌳

Heaps of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no ensuites), and a backyard perfect for summer BBQs 🍔

We’re a chilled and social group who love movie nights, pub runs, and the odd festival but we also value personal space and downtime. Looking for someone easy-going, clean, and already employed working full-time (landlord requirement).

👋 Meet the Housemates:

Alex (33) – Working in Finance/Healthcare, been living aboard for the past 8 years and moved back to the UK last year. Loves a trip and chasing the sun, and always up for some good/rubbish TV.

Cameron (28) – Welsh, working in recruitment. Big rugby fan and low-key connoisseur of terrible American films.

India (28) - English, works for NBCUniversal in HR, loves football, a Netflix binge, a Sunday roast, and an occasional pilates class or walk
