Great location, 7 minutes walk to Clapham Common tube station, and all the amenities pubs, restaurants, big Sainsbury supermarket, post office, etc. Very close to Abbeville village , located just across where night buses 32, 35, 137 take you to central London or the city.
I'm a friendly relaxing person who is looking for someone to share this beautiful flat and hopefully if we get on well we can enjoy the odd dinner, drinks or film every now and then, but also to have their own independent life. Definitely not a party animal house though! Would suit someone who is friendly, considerate and tidy.

I'd prefer a long term flatmate, however short terms could be considered. Looking for a non smoking Female to move in within the very near future.
Happy to accept visitors but maximum stay 2 nights a week.
