We are looking for a person / couple to join us in our beautiful, modern flat overlooking Clapham Common on a temporary basis.

We are extremely lucky to be living in such a great location, with Clapham South Station literally across the street and visible from our window, with direct links via the northern line into the city.

The flat is located above the large Tesco in Clapham South, making the food shop zero effort - with M&S Foodhall, Sainsburys and much more less than a minute away also. The local amenities include lovely pubs, restaurants with Abbeville Village a stone's throw away and Clapham Common just a 10 minute walk too.

The pictures do not do this flat justice - it is modern, finished to a high standard and we are pleased to say that it is two bedroom and two bathroom - meaning, yes - You have your own family bathroom including a shower / bath. The flat is very spacious at 1000 square feet and comes fully furnished. Safe to say that you won't be short on space.

Please note that the flat has also been modernised & re-decorated since the attached photos, so highly recommend a visit.

A little about us...

We are a young professional couple, aged 27, who are very clean and tidy and looking for like-minded flatmate/s. We are both brands managers in luxury marketing, which means working hard Monday - Friday. That being said, we are laid back and sociable and we love eating out at restaurants, heading out at the weekend and a glass or two of red in the evening. We are very respectful of the communal areas and would be looking for the same in housemate/s.

What we are looking for...

We are looking for a person or couple to join us from the 1st September 2019, short-term for 2 x months.

Our ideal flatmate/s would be working professionals, very clean and tidy and respectful of the communal space. We currently have a fortnightly cleaner, which would be included in the bills who covers the lounge and kitchen space - however we clean in-between these visits and would expect the same of new housemates.

Our ideal flatmate/s would be laid-back, social-able and even up for a drink from time to time.
