Sadly 2 of our housemates are moving on to start a new in Canada. Fortunately for some lucky Londoners however we will have 2 bedrooms available in our huge house in Clapham old town
1 room available flexible with dates. Please be aware price is exclusive of bills. Thanks. :)

THE FUN STUFF:
Our pad is located in the Old Town of Clapham Common, a short walk from the bars, shops and Virgin Active. The house is a 7 minute walk from Clapham Common tube, 5 minutes from Wandsworth Road overground and a 10minute bus ride to Clapham Junction.

We are looking for 2 housemates to take 1 bottom floor double bedroom, and 1 top floor double bedroom (house is 3 floors in total with dining, living and very large kitchen on the bottom floor). 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms with showers and a bath. The rooms are not furnished however if you want the wardrobe and beds you can have them as the housemates are moving to Canada
About my super housemates (1 girl and 1 Guy) -
Carleen an Aussie from Melbourne working in Accountancy, and Connor a Londoner through and through working in Recruitment. They've both lived around the world and they still like to travel when possible.

We're a pretty social group so would like someone who is up for socialising, BBQs, dinners (in or out!), pub outings and doing sport/activities so we would like the new gal joining the house to be up for taking part in some of the fun stuff too.

Ideally we want someone who is social, tidy, friendly, outgoing, professional and who has a sense of humour as we love to have a laugh too!

Referencing - The Agency requires MARAS referencing which is standard. Fee is £100
Bills - approx £125 p/month (including fortnightly cleaner, Virgin TV, superfast WiFi internet)
Rent - £811 p/month
Deposit - 6 weeks rent (£1,216)
