Hi! My name is Marc, I have enjoyed living here for just over 2 and half years. Before we moved in the house was fully refurbished.

My reason for moving out is that I am buying a property with my girlfriend. If we were not buying I would of been more than happy to stay here for another year.

For me, the best part of living here is being under 1 minute walk away from Clapham Common. I have spent many lazy Sundays chilling out here, playing sport or having picnics. I hope that you will enjoy living here as much as I have.

Bills work out to be only £48pm which makes the whole bill to only be £724.87pm (this includes broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax and TV license).

We are two male professionals aged 31 and 34 looking for a third professional to move into our amazing 3 bed home in 49 Wix's Lane SW4 0AH.

We live on the ground floor of a Victorian house with very much a homely feel.
The best parts of the house feature a modern and spacious bathroom along with a modern and well sized kitchen.
There is a garden area so ideal for BBQs in the summer. This is also an ideal place to store your bike as it is very secure.

There is also on street parking outside and you would always get a space.

We are both very friendly, tidy, respectful, sociable people and we are looking for someone similar to join the mix. We both enjoy getting together, drinks, dinner and the odd night out, but at the same time will respect each others privacy.
