My flatmate George and I are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful 3 bed flat. It is located in the new build Wingate Square complex, 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common station.

The flat, with wooden flooring throughout and arranged over two floors, comprises: three double bedrooms each with its own luxury bathroom, a shared balcony and roof terrace a dining area, smart integrated kitchen, air con, and a dual aspect reception room.

A little about us - we are easy going professionals - a management consultant and music and entertainment lawyer, with quite some creative flair, dry humour and good fun between us.
