Double room /en-suite Clapham North

Looking for a lovely person to rent my lovely spare room in a great flat share just seconds from Clapham North tube.

I have a beautiful and spacious double room in a fabulous two bed, two bath apartment in a secure complex, just off Clapham High Street, literally seconds from Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street Overground. Stockwell (Victoria line, night tube) is also nearby (approx. 15 min walk). Its close to all the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and shops on Clapham High Street and a short 5 minute walk to Clapham Common, with its gorgeous park and 10 minute walk to Brixton with its equally amazing bars and markets.

The room itself is a large, comfortable and fully furnished double room with lots of storage space and lots of light. It is beside a full sized family bathroom which you will have sole access to.

There is a large living/kitchen space with a gorgeous kitchen and spacious but cozy living area which is perfect for entertaining. The living space comes with a gorgeous comfy couch, (perfect for hangovers or lazy Sundays!) and again lots of storage, large TV, and lots of light. The kitchen area comes with all amenities, fabulous dining table, breakfast bar and is excellent for entertaining. The apartment also comes with under floor heating which makes for a comfy warm home.

There is also parking available in a secure complex, as well as a designated and secure storage area for bikes. My current roommate is moving out on the 4th December but the room can be made available from mid November. I am away for a few weeks and am obviously keen that we meet so viewing would either need to be early next week or from the week commencing the 4th November.

I am an Irish girl in her 30s, and a working professional. I’m a friendly, and sociable person and happy to chat in the evening/go for a drink, watch TV/films together and share the odd bottle of vino! Whilst I do like to catch up with my housemates, I am also respectful of one another’s' space and am looking for someone similar, but also someone who is looking for somewhere they can call a home.

The rent is 950pcm excluding bills which are estimated 150 per month (including council tax, gas, electricity, TV, broadband and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks).
