The Flat

Double room available with own bathroom in a stunning modern flat right in Clapham High Street.

Beautiful views over London (I have endless sunset photos from up here) and a huge living/dining/kitchen area.

Fully furnished with a king sized bed, under-bed drawers, a massive built in wardrobe with upper and lower hanging, SO MUCH STORAGE!!
White bedside table, desk and cubes could be purchased from the existing tenant but do not come with the room.

The flat has underfloor heating, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

As the flat is in a modern building it stays extremely warm in winter (double glazing too). We need to turn on the heating maybe 10 days of the year.

The building has a concierge who takes packages when you’re not home and elevators (with mirrors if lift selfies required).

The Area

PureGym is right across the road, Sainsburys is a 1 minute walk and the tube is 6 mins in either direction (Clapham North and Common).

Very secure building with concierge, it also has 2 shared rooftop terraces for residents use- perfect for summer evenings and the amazing sunsets.

Flatmate

Sharing with 35 year old male . Looking for someone mature, considerate and easygoing.
Your new housemate travels a lot and so there will be periods of time where you will have the flat to yourself.
He works from home c3 days a week.

The Admin

Our latest agreement is a periodic lease with a 2 month notice period.
Bills are extra and will come to approx £170 each a month including a fortnightly cleaner.
The landlord is fantastic and always available to us via Whatsapp.

An agency manages the onboarding and lease admin but the landlord manages any maintenance issues. An additional fee of £50 is payable to change the tenancy and reference checks. We have also paid the council tax to the end of the year so this will need to be trued up with the current tenant.
