Looking for a lovely person to rent my lovely spare room in a great flat share just seconds from Clapham North and Clapham Common tubes.

I have a beautiful and spacious double room in a fabulous two bed, two bath apartment in a secure complex, just off Clapham High Street, literally seconds from Clapham North tube, Clapham Common rube and Clapham High Street Overground. Stockwell (Victoria line, night tube) is also nearby (approx. 15 min walk). Its close to all the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and shops on Clapham High Street and a short 5 minute walk to Clapham Common, with its gorgeous park and 10 minute walk to Brixton with its equally amazing bars and markets.

The room itself is a large, comfortable and fully furnished double room with lots of storage space and lots of light. It is beside a full sized family bathroom which you will have sole access to.

There is a large living/kitchen space with panoramic views of London, a gorgeous kitchen and spacious but cozy living area which is perfect for entertaining. The living space comes with a gorgeous comfy couch, (perfect for hangovers or lazy Sundays!) and again lots of storage, large TV, and lots of light. I am an Irish girl in her 30s, and a working professional. I’m a friendly, and sociable person and happy to chat in the evening/go for a drink, watch TV/films together and share the odd bottle of vino! Whilst I do like to catch up with my housemates, I am also respectful of one another’s' space and am looking for someone similar, but also someone who is looking for somewhere they can call a home.

The rent is £1090 pcm excluding bills which are estimated 160 per month (including council tax, gas, electricity, TV, broadband and a cleaner that comes every week).
