The current flatmate will soon be leaving our lovely flat and so we are now looking for a new tenant to take the large double room.

The room is a good sized, fully furnished double, which is bright and airy and also has its own large built in storage cupboard.

The flat itself is set just behind Clapham High St, which means good transport links, including Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations and Clapham High St overground station, all of which are less than a 5 minute walk away. Clapham Common is also just a few minutes walk from here.

The flat is a modern and spacious two bed apartment, fully furnished, and with a comfortable and homely feel to it. The two remaining housemates (my partner and I) are very friendly and welcoming and also work as professionals here in London.

The room is available anywhere from 1 month up to 6 months and all bills (inc council tax & broadband) are included in the monthly rent.
