I’m sadly leaving our lovely flat after 2 years here, so a room has become available in our bright and spacious 3 bedroom furnished flat. It’s an excellent location and only a stone throw away from Clapham North, Clapham High Street, Clapham Old Town and Clapham Common. It has excellent transport links with Clapham North and Clapham high streets minutes away, as well as all of the bus routes on Clapham high street.

The room available is a bright spacious double, with bay windows, high ceilings and under bed storage, with lots of space for a desk, ideal WFH.

You will be sharing with the lovely Emma and Katie, both 28 who work in PR and Coms. They will be moving out the 18th September, so this is an initial short term let with the option to extend with new house mates. Rent is due on the 15th of the month and bills are around £65 a month including council tax.

It’s a lovely flat and a great location for all the local amenities in Clapham.
