Cosy Room Close to Clapham High Street

After 2 years living in this great flat, I'm packing up and moving to the North, sadly leaving behing two fantastic flatmates...

You’d be living with two sociable professionals in the cheapest (we think!) flat in Clapham!

We are pretty easy with who you are and what you do, all we ask is you are a professional, have a good sense of humour, are clean and tidy, and enjoy an occasional bevy.

The kitchen/ living space is cosy but it works well with 3 people and the bedroom is a decent size, coming furnished with double bed, wardrobe, clothes rail and a chest of drawers. For those home working, there is easily enough room for a desk.

The contract is 6 months, with the option to extend at the end of the period.

Bills are around £85 each a month in the summer and £100 in the winter.

The flat is about a 5/10 min walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham North tube stations, with overground at Wandsworth Road and Clapham High Street.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes etc all in easy reach and we are more than happy to show you the best drinking spots!
