Spacious room just off clapham high street

Hi,

I'm Rosie. I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely 2 bed flat in clapham with as my current flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend. We are both professionals and have spent the majority of our time working from home the past two years which has worked well for us. I will be splitting my time between the office and working from home in the future.

The flat is an 8 minute walk from both clapham common and clapham north tube stations. The street has a doctors, pubs, gym and restaurants. The landlord is great and really cares about making sure we are happy in the flat. The price doesn't include bills, these tend to be around 150 pounds each a month.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly/sociable. I'm hoping to find someone that has their own life but would equally be up for a run/dinner/drink or chilled night in together sometimes.
