Looking for a someone to takeover my flatmate’s double bedroom as they sadly have to leave :(
The flat is a great location - just 5 min walk from Clapham North and a 5-10 min walk to the common and feels really safe walking home.
The bedroom is a really spacious double with plenty of room for a desk and loads of storage. We also have a small kitchen-living area and a spare office you are welcome to use. There’s also a tiny balcony to sit out on when the weather is nice.
About me (Liz) - I’m 25 and work in marketing. I’m super sociable/ friendly and always up for a pint at the pub but also love a Netflix binge of every kind, especially anything trashy. Also love anything food/ cooking related so anyone with a big appetite is a big plus ! Equally have lots of friends nearby and respect peoples privacy so happy to do my own thing too.
Move in date is mid September but can be a little flexible on this! References and deposit will be required too.
