Hi, I’m moving to a new home after two years in Clapham and looking to sublet my room for the remainder of our tenancy.
- You’d be living with three girls - Cara, Karmen and Gabi, all young professionals aged 23-24 who are really sweet.
- We’re looking for another female to take the room until 24th June 2024, so it’s perfect if you’ve just moved to London and are looking to get your bearings before finding a long term place.
- The location is a two minute walk from Clapham High Street station and a 5 minute walk from both Clapham North and Clapham Common Tube Stations.
- Rent is 900pcm + bills (fairly cheap) proportioned to the number of days you stay.
- I’m looking for someone who can move in on the 18th May, but if you need to move asap I might be able to move out this weekend.
- The bedroom is really big, and comes with a desk and inbuilt wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with two others.
