Hi ladies! ☀️ Alex (24) & I (25) are currently looking for someone to fill the room in our flat in Clapham, as our currently flatmate is very sadly making the big move to Australia!

📍Location: just off Clapham Highstreet (below ground level). 2 min walk to Clapham North / Clapham High Street
✅ Rent: £816 per person, not including bills
📅 When: room is available from 30th April

We have both been living in the flat for a year, and as per all new contacts, our tenancy is turning into a rolling tenancy. We’re both super sociable, so love a pub trip, wine night, or a night in! We are friends, and love spending time with each other, but also have our own groups. We also take pride in being clean and respectful of eachother. We are looking for someone who, could not only fit into our flat, but we could also call a friend! ✨
