Prime location - 2 min walk from underground (Clapham North) and overground (Clapham High Street). 50m back from high street - far enough to have no noise but close enough to all shops, bars, restaurants.

Housemate Requirements
We are looking for either male/female for the room. Housemates should be full time working professionals. We'd like housemates to be social as in join in for house BBQ's here and there and not be holed up in your room the whole time. The house is set up perfectly for hosting friends and happy for housemates to use everything available (TV entertainment/BBQ etc.) but please no massive nights in the house on week days etc.

Please be aware the floor plan is the old floor plan - this doesn't show two new ensuites that are in the front two rooms and the dining room is now the front room.
