The house is conveniently only 2-3 minutes from Clapham Junction Station as well as supermarkets, cafes, eateries and other shops.
The cosy bright room has some lovely features and comes with a bed, wardrobe and set of drawers.
There is a kitchen diner with all crockery and equipment including coffee machine, tv, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher. You won't need to buy any additional items as everything from crockery to pots and pans are there for you (just bring yourself and your clothes).
Two of the rooms in the house are ensuite and there is a communal bathroom and additional separate toilet so no queues for the bathroom!
The house mates are super friendly and are all hard working professionals. They have their own whatsapp group communication and are always up for a drink, chat and doing activities together. If you are looking for a household with friendly people and not just a room this is the place for you.
We have reduced the deposit to half months rent (£400) which is protected in a government backed scheme (this will be returned at the end of the tenancy).
Bills are an extra £100 pm. It includes fast broadband, tv package, weekly cleaner, gas, electric and taxes.
