Hi!
We are looking for a new flat mate to move in for a short term letting (1-4 months ideally)
The flat is gorgeous, we recently bought it this year - 3 bedrooms, although the third bedroom is currently empty.
There is a lovely little garden which is perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
There is a large living room and central kitchen, with one bathroom (separate shower and bath)

I am a doctor so will be working shifts, and my partner Abe will be working from home for the foreseeable COVID situation.
We enjoy cooking, drinking wine and watching mostly Netflix at the moment. We also enjoy having our daily exercise.
Bills are included (Sky TV inc). The flat is 5 minute walk to clapham junction.
The beautiful parks of Clapham Common and Battersea Park are really close, and there are loads of great bars/pubs/restaurants on nearby Northcote Road and Clapham Old Town.
