We are looking for a new flatmate to join us on a longer term basis. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table.
The apartment is two bedroomed with an open-plan living room and kitchen, all decorated to a high quality. We have a very comfortable chez-long sofa, a large dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with any items you should need. There is one bathroom (with a bath/shower) and separate toilet to share. Bills are not included.

The flat is on the top floor of a newly renovated two storey building just a few STEPS away from Clapham Junction station, a Boris Bike station and a number of gyms. Also nearby is Clapham Common park and all of Northcote Road/St Johns Hill's many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars (it's actually dangerous how close they are!). We also have double glazing which enables the flat to be quiet inside despite its central location.

You would be sharing the flat with us - a young, professional couple (insurance and sports marketing). We enjoy keeping fit and most sports, travelling, good food (& booze) and just generally being out and about.
We would love to share with someone who is easy going, sociable, clean and polite. Couples can be considered for a slightly higher price per month.

The property has been up for sale for approx 6 months now. It will remain for sale during the tenancy but given the current brexit situation it is unlikely to sell in the coming 6 months, plus.
