The current female housemates are looking for a considerate, easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy female. To share with the existing friendly and sociable females and to keep the current gender dynamic in the flat - that works well.

The remaining Tenants are aged 24, 27 & 28 and all working professionals wanting to live with another similarly minded flatmate.

This is a fantastic Victorian house, with a modern open plan living space. There is a large open plan lounge/diner with sofas, a wall mounted TV, wooden flooring, modern lighting and a dining table and chairs that leads to a private rear sunny patio garden, that is not overlooked.

The kitchen is modern and fitted with a large American style fridge / freezer, a glass Hob, Washing Machine, separate Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher and Microwave.

Only 5 mins on the Overground to Victoria (Central London) & Waterloo (The City), West Brompton, Canada Water (Canary Wharf) Olympia and Shepherds Bush. 20 mins to Woking, Guildford and Surrey.

The immediate location is ideal, as literally on the doorstep there is a Local supermarket and Sainsbury's local, Post Office, Chemists, Coffee Shops, Dry Cleaners, Restaurants and Pubs. There is a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and a Nuffield Gym is a 5 minute walk.
