Double Room with En-suite in Clapham Junction

We’re looking for a new housemate to fill a bright and airy, fully furnished double room in our ground floor flat in Clapham Junction. The room has an almost en-suite bathroom next door to it (I use the bathroom just to shower) otherwise you have the top floor to yourself!

The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have high speed wifi throughout, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, surround sound and heated floors. The front room is the kitchen and lounge combined so it is a sociable, spacious area that opens out onto a front garden which is a sun trap and ideal for BBQs in summer!

We are located on Battersea Rise just off Northcote Road near many shops, bars and restaurants. We are an 8 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 2 minutes walk from the Common.

I am a 29 year old yoga and pilates instructor and my housemate Sophie is 24 and works in healthcare.

We are a really chilled house and love to have a relaxed and clean home environment. We’re looking for someone who also really values a comfortable and tidy space that feels like a bit of a sanctuary in the city. We often spend evenings watching a Netflix show or movie or chatting as we make dinner :) equally we value our alone time so someone who also likes this combination is great!

The rent is £1300 pcm with all bills included. There is an additional cost for the cleaner organised between us at around £15/week.
