We have a small double bedroom available in a bright and airy 17th floor flatshare, only a 12 minute walk from Clapham Junction station. The bedroom has fantastic views across London including the London Eye and Gherkin (excellent views of fireworks from Battersea Park if you fancy staying in on bonfire night!) Room and flat come fully furnished - the room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, as well as a large chest of drawers in the hallway for additional storage needs. The shelving seen in the photo is optional, can be disposed of before moving in.

The room opens to a spacious communal lounge area. Again, this is fully furnished with 2 sofas, dining table and shelves. We also have a TV Netflix and Amazon Prime - all your entertainment needs! Great views of the river and across London from the lounge also.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the plates, utensils and kitchen appliances you could ever need. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and additional storage. The bath/shower is separate from the toilet.

All bills are included - Gas/electric, Broadband, Water, Council Tax, TV License.
Deposit is £774, payable to the tenant leaving - your name will then be put on the Deposit Protection Scheme by our landlady.

I (Maxine) have lived in the flat for 12 years and work in TV. Karolina (my flatmate) has lived here for over a year. We respect each others privacy but are also super friendly and enjoy the odd roast and gossip at the pub!
