There are 2 large double bedrooms available from now in our flatshare.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED

Double bedroom 1
- There is a small balcony with great views and south facing for the sun.
- The room is large with lots of light.
- Lots of storage
- Large desk and chair. Great for WFH or studying
- 3 seater sofa in the room.
- Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawer and a desk.

Double bedroom 2

It has plenty of natural light all day long and there is no direct view to the neighbors.

The rest of the house is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. Unfortunately, we do not have a living room but in the summer, you can easily sit outside on the corridor/balcony that leads up to our flat to enjoy the sun as it is at the very end of the building.

It is very well located near the river in a quiet residential area. From there it is easy to commute to central London: 5min walk to Wandsworth station or 10min to Clapham Junction station and then it's only 15min train ride to Waterloo and 10min train ride to Victoria.

The area has a lot of stores within walking distance (Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, Asda) as well as restaurants, bars and cafés.

The housemates you will be sharing the flat with are 1 girl and 1 guy, all in mid/late 20’s.
Louis works in finance, and Kaja is working and studying acting.

We all have different hours so you will never queue for the bathroom or kitchen. We enjoy a chat whenever we are home but will also happily live our own busy lives.

We're looking for someone friendly and clean, able to tidy up after themselves.
