We have a small double room available in our house.

House and Room
Three bedroom house with a lovely big garden, south facing so loads of sun coming in during the summer month and we even have a picnic table and pond! From the front door we have a reception /dining area with big kitchen table, perfect for dinner parties. Open plan into the living room (which is a good size with three sofas and TV), and kitchen with the usual, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, all pretty new as our landlady is so nice! Going upstairs is the bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The offered room is a very small double room of with a cupboard and chest of drawers in front of the room. Rent doesn’t include bills, broadband, water, council tax, energy and cleaner which are usually around £150+/-per month and deposit is £835. We also have a parking space and a garage which is useful if you have a car or have people visiting who have one.

We converted our garage in a little home gym 🙃

Location
The room is fantastic value to live in such a good location. The Northcote Road is just down the hill and has a great selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. A 24 hour Asda is ten mins walk away, between it and the house is everything from Pizza Express, Bryon and McDonalds, Sainsbury’s and Co-Op, and excellent pubs like the Northcote or the Roundhouse where we try most weeks to win the pub quiz, still trying! Plus Clapham old town and Clapham Common are really nearby, and Wandsworth Common is right around the corner, great for runs

Transport
Transport links are second to none. The house is a six minute walk to Clapham Junction station where there are direct trains to Victoria, Waterloo and London Bridge, and across south London and Gatwick Airport if needed. Also have Overground connections and loads of buses and night buses. No matter where you are going you shouldn’t have much of a problem getting there!
