We are looking for someone to rent our 2nd room, Monday to Friday. We are willing to consider the occasional weekend. The room is available immediately and we are flexible on duration.
The flat is a maisonette and extremely spacious. There is a large living room, decent sized kitchen and roof terrace. You will have your own en-suite room which has its own stairway and is very separate to the other bedroom.
You would be living with myself (the landlord) and my boyfriend. We both work hard and are in the office most days. We enjoy socialising, good food and wine!
The flat is 7 mins walk to Clapham junction station and there are multiple bars and restaurants on the doorstep
