Seeking single professional (ideally female), non smoker, who is extremely clean and tidy, to take the spare room in my lovely home.

Large double room, with space for a desk. It is a bright space, which has been recently redecorated. The room includes a double bed with a mattress and storage space underneath, a chest of drawers, and a large metal open wardrobe. You will have access to a large bathroom which has a bath and shower. The bathroom will be predominantly private to you, with the exception of guest use. The flat has a large communal living room, and kitchen which has recently been refurbished, and brand new double glazed windows throughout. There is also access to a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat is fully furnished and is a very creative space with bright and colourful decor.

• Location + Travel:
Located on a beautiful, and quiet, residential street in between Clapham South and Clapham Junction, with a 15-20 minute walk to either station. The property is a few minutes walk away from Northcote Road with its fantastic array of food markets, shops, pubs & cafes, as well as independent cafes and delis neighbouring the flat. Situated in-between Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common, lovely areas to walk!

• Street parking is available subject to getting a permit from the council - cost is around £200

About me:
I am a full time musician. I am often out performing in the evenings and I generally work from home during the day. I have a small, well trained, hypoallergenic and extremely friendly dog (Cavapoo).
Therefore, I'm looking for someone who's comfortable around dogs and responsible (not going to accidentally leave the front door open).

I'm outgoing and sociable, love an evening out but also very much enjoy a relaxed evening binging Netflix. I don't drink so I come with a low disturbance risk, which equally means that I am not interested in using the flat to host any wild house parties. Type B personality but a very clean type B, often found with a bottle of Dettol spray in hand.
